About Ebony

Ebony Wyatt is an engaging inspirational speaker, dynamic facilitator and a sales leader in the consumer products industry.  Ebony pushes her audience to unleash their full potential and to thoughtfully build their personal and professional brand.  She has curated breakthrough workshops including “Building Your #BadAss Brand” and “Building Your #BadAss Network,” and leads conversations on being a powerful ally for diversity and inclusion.

In addition, Ebony has a special talent for helping women and underrepresented groups find their powerful voices through owning their personal stories.   Ebony believes that each person’s unique stories are a powerful tool and are the key to building confidence and lasting connections.   Wyatt shares her story of being raised by her grandmother, overcoming personal and professional barriers, and about becoming the first Black female director in her function at her corporate job.

At the RISE Women’s Leadership Conference in Providence, Rhode Island in 2018 Ebony shared, “You don’t break barriers and chase your dream by yourself. Do you have a support system? Do you have mentors? Make sure you don’t do it by yourself.” And, when those barriers are broken and dreams chased, she said, we have a duty to inspire others.

Wyatt inspires others through emphasizing the importance of having confidence in yourself and instilling confidence in those around you.
